Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from KiddiRedi. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities when it comes to returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

– To do so, you must notify us of your intention to return the item within that time.
– Once confirmed, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

– Unused and in their original condition
– In the original packaging
– Accompanied by our returns form and/or proof of purchase

We cannot accept returns on:

– Items marked as sale or clearance
– Personalised or custom-made products

2. How to Start a Return

Email us at 📧 support@kiddiredi.com with:

– Your order number
– A brief explanation of the reason for return

We’ll confirm the return and provide the correct return address. Items sent back without prior notice may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

    – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
    – We highly recommend using a tracked service for proof of delivery.
    – If the return is due to our error, we’ll cover return postage.

    4. Refunds

    After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll confirm whether a refund is approved.

    – Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days
    – Refunds include the original item price and standard delivery cost (if applicable)
    – Upgraded shipping or express delivery fees are not refundable

    5. Exchanges

    We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

    6. Damaged or Faulty Items

    If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with:

    – Your order number
    – A photo/video showing the issue

    We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible with a refund or replacement where appropriate.

    7. Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days:

    1. Re-check your bank or payment account
    2. Contact your provider (e.g. PayPal, Klarna)
    3. If still unresolved, email us at support@kiddiredi.com
