We do not currently offer downloadable content, and we reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate our terms.

We sell physical goods only, available for delivery within the United Kingdom.
All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. Placing an order confirms your agreement to purchase the selected items under these terms.

Payment must be completed in full before your order is dispatched.
5. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@kiddiredi.com.
Orders may be processed within 10 minutes of payment. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. If you still wish to cancel, the item must be returned to us in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy (see separate page).
6. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same working day if placed before 12pm (Mon–Fri).
We use reliable UK delivery partners including:

– Parcelforce
Estimated delivery times and shipping costs will be shown at checkout. Delays outside our control (e.g. courier issues, strikes, weather) are not our responsibility, but we’ll always do our best to help.
